Smile ideal clients

Hello Brokers,

When it comes to targeting you ideal clients what criteria help you to identify you target clients? Please shed some light on the following questions.

Annual sales?

Average number of years in business?

Which sector of the economy?

Additional question:
Are bankers responding well to your marketing efforts?

Feel free to add any additional criteria.

Thanks,
Cashfactor

I think you have to pick your own market and look there for clients. If it does not produce something change your focus. Just pick an area to start with.

Annual sales?
What Factor are you working with? Look at what their looking for.

Hope my thoughts help.

This I think varies - What is your approach to a business? Your marketing pitch? It has to be geared to the businesses needs. An older business may have a different looking need than a new one even if the bottom line is CASH.

Which sector of the economy?
What's moving, growing even dying sectors have needs.

You have to networks with the Bankers.

Feel free to add any additional criteria.

Pick a focus and stick to it. What do you already know about. Who do you already know. Get this sector rolling and then pick a new one. Repeat......

Thanks,
Cashfactor
Hope my thoughts help.

I flashed on another way to look at a businesses potential for factoring.

Think about what they do in their operations. What is there over head.

Example:

A massage therapist would only need a license, oil, sheets, table and a private setting.
The main tool of the business is the therapists body.

A baker is similar as the baker does all the work - HOWEVER the baker need ingredients - flour, eggs, oil on top of the oven and pans.

Landscaping Company - people to do the contracted work - payroll.............!

This is simple but very important and it is only one aspect of the deal.
