The IACFB Forums
For all IACFB
members, the FORUMS are where you will get to know others like
yourself involved in brokering and business development.
As IACFB membership continues to build, the FORUMS will provide a
constant source of continuing education and knowledge regarding the
various opportunities and
product areas of our industry.
IACFB Members:
All new IACFB members are provided with a login and password to
initial access the Forum. Once you have logged in, you may
change your password by selecting the "User CP" or User Control Panel.
As an IACFB member, you may post comments, start threads, or post
questions regarding your Campus IACFB weekly training and continuing
education. Complete instructions for FORUM use are in the
Members Area Resource Center, accessible after you have logged in to
the FORUM
Non-Members:
Non-members are welcome to view
many areas of the FORUM. Without membership, however, you may not
post questions or correspond with IACFB broker members or lenders.
You will additionally not be able access the Private Forums associated
with Lender Training or Promotional Tele-Conferences nor the archived
company profiles (Showcases) of IACFB Lenders.
Posting Difficult Deals
in the Forum
The FORUMS are an
excellent source of financing for members seeking a funding source for
any client but particularly when you have a difficult deal to place.
Other brokers and IACFB
lender members will openly discus options available to you in your
threads. Just bear in mind that the FORUMS are an open community for
all (including non-members) to view. Don't ever identify your
prospective client by name, address, or specific product. Be
generic when asking for advice.
